300 Grant Avenue is a workspace and retail mixed-use project located in San Francisco, California, at the gates to Chinatown and in the heart of the city’s shopping district. The project encompasses a total area of 69,600 square feet and consists of a six-story building with retail space on the bottom three floors and office space on the upper three floors.
