Compensation: $31.00 - $38.50 per hour + Mid-Year and End-Of Year Discretionary Bonus
We are seeking a highly organized, versatile person to join our team as a Design Professional in the Alameda office (hybrid) in the Urban Studio. This role focuses on the timely and accurate production of project deliverables from design development through construction.

What You'll Do
Timely and accurate production of project deliverables
Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes, and address comments on architectural drawings; assuming responsibility for the accuracy of work
Solve space planning & adjacency requirements
Site planning, programming, design development, detailing, and interacting with consultants
Manage multiple assignments concurrently
Participate in improving architecture production methods
Minimum Qualifications
1 year of experience
Ability to use Revit in a professional setting; a Revit assessment will be administered
Degree in architecture
Currently being in pursuit of licensure is a plus
Experience with:
Asking the right questions at the right time
Communicating clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing
Working effectively within a collaborative team environment
Completing tasks on time with accuracy and with strong attention to detail
Working with integrity, trust, and commitment, setting an example for others
Design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhino
