We are seeking a highly organized, versatile person to join our Denver office as a Design Professional in our Retail Studio on a hybrid schedule.

What You'll Do

• Timely and accurate production of project deliverables

• Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes and address comments on architectural drawings; assuming responsibility for accuracy of work

• Solve space planning & adjacency requirements

• Manage multiple assignments concurrently

• Participate in improving architecture production methods

• Site planning, programming, design development, detailing, and interacting with consultants

Key Skills

• Ability to ask the right questions at the right time

• Communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing

• Work effectively within a collaborative team environment

• Complete tasks on time with accuracy and with strong attention to detail

• Work with integrity, trust and commitment, setting an example for others

• Familiarity with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Rhino

Minimum Qualifications

• 1 year of experience

• Ability to use Revit in a professional setting; a Revit assessment will be administered

• Degree in architecture or a related field preferred

• Experience on retail projects a plus

• Currently being in pursuit of licensure is a plus

Compensation

$27 - $34.50/hour
